ME Squat Day Sluggish night tonight, couldn’t get a good vibe going, always the way if I take a day off tho. I worked up to a nice heavy single with 142.5kg +3 chains in paused squats. I then hit a few doubles. I finished by pulling against chains for speed.Meh night, just couldn’t get that aggressive fire going. Oh well another day another squat workout! DE Bench/ME Squat Day
REAL good day today, I benched vs 2 minis and 1 set of chain, 10 sets and speed was pretty good. I then did a boatlaod of MPs and finished with HG db floor press. Last but not least was a strong PR of 130kg with the SSB and an orange band with 2 chains.Lots of speed sets followed, strong day. DE Bench Day/ME Squat Day 18/5/12 Bench + 2 Minis and 1 Chain 10x3 52.5kg Press 2x7,6 3x12,10,9 HG DB Floor Press 4x16,14,12,12 27.5kg ea SSB Squat + Orange Bands and 2 Chains 1x1 110kg 1x1 120kg 1x1 130kg (PR) 5x5 75kg 30 secs 3x5 80kg 30 secs |

ME Squat Day The following post has been a long time coming, I am very happy to finally officially squat 400 lbs raw with wraps. I had missed this weight 3 or 4 times before but I knew yesterday was the day it was gonna fall. I wont say it was easy, but I have strained harder and longer against weights before so it was a good sign. I dropped to 150 kg and repped that out and went to 155kg for another set. These were also massive rep PRs, so I would say what I am doing currently is working again. I finished with chins, these went pretty well too. Good day, gald to get the monkey off my back fo sho.
