ME Squat Day
I ended up squatting straight weight today, worked up to the smoothest and fastest 170kg I have probably ever done. I loaded 182.5kg thinking this is mine, got folded over missed it and lost my ****ing mind in anger.I tried it again but it was useless I was tanked. I then tried backoffs but was in such a foul mood I stopped and did GMs to pins and some hip thrusts with a BB. Good signs I suppose but that 400 shoulda been cake.I am still pissed! ME Bench/Squat Day
Pretty good day today, I benched vs 2 minis with a med close grip.I hit quite a few singles then moved to Inc DBs, I then did alot of extensions and started squatting with the SSB to Pin 28. These felt strong and I got alot of volume in. Good day. ME Squat Day
I goofed today and squatted with a red band and 2 chains again, I only did these a couple days ago.Anyways I worked up to a PR of 137.5kg which was strong I then dropped to 90kg for speed work, it was slow and my LH knee is acting up so I only did a few sets and pulled after, I started with chains and then took em off and worked up to a new deadlift record of 216kg. That made up for my squat the other day! I then did paused deadlifts at knees and thrusts. Good day, happy now.
