ME bench at Lockup w/shingles
rotators bar x 30 x 2 135 x 15 225 x 12 315 x 5 405 x 2 455 x 2 SR 475 x 1 SR 505 x 1 SR stock 52 SK 635 x 2 nt 675 x 1 nt raw 365 x 5 315 x 9 felt weak, but to be expected for this long of a layoff. Just wanted to get a little weight in my hands and it accomplished that.
