Wed: Leg shit day...I hate leg shit day.

walking warm up
Hack Skwats x 4 sets
Leg presses x 3
calf raises x 3
abductors x 2
adductors x 2
leg curls x 3
walking cool down

Not much volume or heavy stuff, but enough to make my old legs rubbery. I'll be missing ME bench this week due to attending the USAPL H.S. Nationals. Prolly a good thing for my shoulder. It needs the rest.

You have to do something for legs, even if its light stuff. My shoulder is still sore from the lockout work. It was getting better just prior to that, so I'm hoping a week off will help some. Thankfully, in a shirt, it's not to bad.

So, where's the 700 benches? I thought guys like you cranked those things out weekly! HA! J/K.

Mike, normally, I do ME bench once a week and 700+ and sometimes 800+ are part of the routine. What screwed up my shoulder this time was trying to do a triple with 765. I got two, but the third was a grinder that didn't make it to the top.

rotators

185 x 15 x 3
225 x 8 x 2 (these aggravated the shoulder, so I stopped)

Key presses x 15 x 3
tri ext down x 15 x 3
tri ext overhead x 15 x 3

Pec Deck....no go. Only had about 1/2 the stack on and it hurt

Hammer curls for the gurls.
