Monday: some upper support stuff rotators bench: bar x 50 135 x 15 225 x 15 315 x 5 x 2 -tore the cut on my hand open :x hammers x 5 cable tri ext iso cable tri ext not much volume since my hand was bleeding.

Tuesday: Back day at ADM
rotators db rows x 3 db shrugs x 3 lat pulls x 3 rear delt machine x 2 seated rows x 2 1st back day in a while since I've been nursing the shoulder so took it ez.
