Getting tired of this rehab light crap. I'll be happy when I can go back to regular speed bench days and listen to the iron rattle.

Wed: Leg shit day at ADM

I did the same set/rep scheme as last leg shit day when I used O4E, except I didn't use it today. Definately more fatiqued/winded after the heavy sets and the lactic acid burn on the calf raises(sets of 40) was rediculas today. Just proving to myself the value of O4E.
