Squat 260 (7,7,6). 20 rep goal met.
Calf Raise 3x8, 250(10), 270, 290(5)
Cleans 5x3, 135.
W.Situps 3x10, 45(15), 65, 65(12)
Side Bends 3x8, 45(10)

Starting to really like cleans.


Tuesday, 3-27-12

DbRow 3x10-15, 75 (11,11,10)
Dips 65 (8,7,6). 20 rep goal met.
Chinups BW+10 (7,6,5). 20 rep goal missed.

Really digging this 4 day, upper/lower split.

Thursday, 3-29-12
Deadlift 3x5, 235, 325, 360
Squat 1x20, 190. Oh yea.
OH Press 150 (6,6,6). Rep goal missed. Still 1 more than last week.
Calf Raise 3x8, 90(10), 145, 155
Cble Crunch 3x10-15, 20(15), 20(12), 20

Deadlifts went great...with the help of outlawed chalk. 20 rep squats were better than expected. Exhausting, yes, but my form was pretty good throughout. Easier than I remember 185 being.

Friday, 3-30-12
BbRow 170 (8,7,6). 20 rep goal met.
IncDbBench 85 (8,8,6). 20 rep goal met.
Pullups BW+15 (8,6,6). 20 rep goal met.
DbCurls 3x8-10, 35 (10,9,9). 1 more than last week.
1armDbExt 3x8-10, 30 (10,10,9)

Rows were much harder than expected. I might not have warmed up enough before jumping into them.
