Well those numbers might seem poor, but I think they're manageable. At least you have some hopes of adding a rep. I'm still stuck at a half rep.

Thursday, 3-15-12
Deadlift 3x5, 235, 295, 345 Squat 1x20, 165 OH Press 145 (7,7,6). 20 rep goal met. Calf Raise 3x8, 90, 135, 145 Crunch 3x15, 19, 19, 19 Deadlifts were harder than expected today, but I got all my reps in. 20 rep squats continue to kill me. 175 next week. After barely getting all my reps at 145 last week, I was a little worried ths week. No need. I got the reps easier than I thought. |

BbRow 160 (8,7,6), 20 rep goal met. Inc.DbBench 75 (10,10,8), 20 rep goal met. Pullups BW+10 (7,7,5). Db Curls 3x8-10, 35, (8,8,8) 1arm DbExt. 3x8-10, 25 (10,10,8) Missed my 20 rep goal on pullups by 1 freaking rep. Incline Db Bench felt rather light. Going up to 80 next week. |

Monday, 3-19-12
Squat, 255 (7,7,6). 20 rep goal met. Calf Raise 3x8, 245, 265, 285 Ceans 5x3, 125. Didn't do situps or sidebends b/c I ran out of time. Cleans are quickly becoming a favorite. Tuesday, 3-20-12 Bench, 240 (7,7,5). Missed rep goal. Db Row 3x10-15, 70 (11,11,10) Dips 60 (8,7,7). 20 rep goal met. Chinups BW (7,7,6). 20 rep goal met. Missed the bench reps by 1. Still pretty stoked that I got the chinups this week. |

Thursday, 3-22-12
Deadlift 3x5, 225, 315, 350 Squat 1x20, 185. Oh yeah. OH Press 150 (6,6,5). Missed 20rep goal. Calf Raise 3x8, 90(10), 145, 155 Cble Crunch 3x10-15, 19(15), 20(15), 20(12) Thrilled with the deadlift form today. The OH press just felt heavy today for some reason. Only got 17 reps. I'll get em next week. Holy crap, 20 reps of 185 killed me. I was planning to do 175, but accidentally put 185 on the bar. My thoughts on this: --Rep 10--"this isn't so bad, I'm gonna kill this." --Rep 14--(out of breath), "there is no way I can do 18." --Rep 16--"I'm gonna throw up." --Rep 18--"I don't have the energy to breath." --Rep 20--"Don't throw up! Don't throw up!" |
