I hate posting by phone which is why I haven't really been here, but here's the past week:

Monday: Squat 325x3, 340 2x1. All pretty easy. Rdl: 185 2x10, 205 1x10.

Ab work.

Wednesday Bench: 205x3, 215x1, 220x1. Not awful, but my left elbow is acting weird. Db rows and bench.

Friday Deadlift: 385x3. Did try 415 for a single, but I forgot my chalk. I borrowed some dude's liquid chalk which caused my grip to slip even on my 345 set. 385 was tough due to grip so as I started 415 I could already feel my fingers slip. I should've just used my bare hands cause apparently I'm too stupid for liquid chalk. Then some front squats. For the hell of it, single legged ham curls.

Today, press: 140x3. More stable than last time. Push press singles: 160, 175, and a miss of bw attempt of 195. I'm getting close. Upper back work, curl and press. Overhead rope extension cause I felt like it. Somehow slightly hurt my right bicep on the 195 clean. I'm not quite sure how, but it's not bad. Back to school Monday...

Music: Oddly, I'm burned out somehow. It's tough making myself practice this last week. It must be spring fever.

I get elbow issues a lot from raw benching. Hope it doesn't keep up for you.
