AIPA Powerlifting Meet - June 2nd

I know. It's been a LONG time. Trust me I know. Lets just ask like Ive been here all this time. Let me pick up where I am now and get moving on... COMPETITION DATE: JUNE 2nd WEIGHT CLASS: 75kg COMP STYLE: PUSH/PULL My training partner and I will be following a westside template during this preparation. We've been training this style for awhile and will continue. Tomorrow's Training: • Floor Press (chin-ups or lat pulldowns between sets)– Max 3’s • DB Bench Press – 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps • Chest Supported Rows - 4 sets of 8-12 reps • Face Pulls – 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps • Curls – 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps (because I like curls) |

Floor Press - Max 3s: 225x3/245x3/275x3/315x3 -Hard 3 reps but got it *Neutral Grip Pull in between sets: 5 -8 reps DB Bench Press: 95x10/105x10/115x8 CHest Supported Rows" 55x10/60x10/60x10 Face Pulls: 120x10-15 Curls: 3x10 |
Great numbers D. Any specific bench number you have targeted for the meet?

My latest max was 335. I'm hoping for a 350 or so I would be happy. I suck at Floor press haha
