1. ME: Reverse Band Rack Pulls (bar below knee)..last set had 545 on the bar ![]() 2. Split Squats 4 sets of 10-12 3. Bench Hip Thrusts 4 sets of 10-12 4. Abdominal work I went for 585 for my last set and almost ended up shitting myself..didn't move the bar much. but i was happy with the pull i had today

Dynamic Squat w. Pro Light Short Bands: 185 on the bar 8x2
![]() Sumo Speed Pulls:6x1x275 + 2chains Safety Bar Squats: 4x10 DB RDL: 4x10 Seated Rows: 4x10 Need to bring up my upper back thickness so have been adding a back exercise on my leg day as well.

MAX EFFORT REVERSE BAND PRESS:
315x3/365x3/405x3/425x1/445x1 (struggled! spotter made me strain hard) one of my training partners' last set: 495 ![]() DB FLOOR PRESS SEATED CABLE ROW DB SHOULDER PRESS BICEPS/TRICEPS Superset Solid workout. had my close friend from hawaii visiting and decided to have some fun today with reverse band.
