Talking Cut fat, add muscle!!

Well, time to start posting my workouts. My goal, as stated above, is to cut fat and add muscle!! Not too worried about definition. Today is chest, tricep, and bicep workout day (5 x 5). As far as food is concerned, I have been cutting out all processed sugar and white starchy foods: bread, potatoes, white rice, etc...

Great workout today! Bench dropped some. Wanted to finish with 265 at least 3 times, but only got it once. Oh well. Keep on working on that goal. As far as cardio for the day: Played basketball from 3:30-5:30. Exhausted!!! 39 is only a number!

That's a great attitude to have. We might be older but we have more mental strength.
