Hope that doesn't cost you an arm or a leg. Around here a one day pass is $15.

I went today and just did a compromise of lower and upper body stuff so that I am good until Thursday or Monday. It's $10 per day for a day pass here. The guy is dating my cousin, who is on college spring break, so I'm assuming after this week lifting routines will be back to normal (hopefully).

Power Cleans
105lbs x 5 x 3

Squat
145lbs x 3 x 5

Front Squat
105lbs x 3 x 5

Bench Press
155lbs x 3 x 5

Bent Over Rows
115lbs x 3 x 5

Incline Press
115lbs x 3 x 8

Pullup
12 reps (total)

Down to 215lbs although I've cheated for the past 2 days.

I think the compromise of increasing activity as well as eliminating unnecessary foods has done a good job without the use of strict carb free diets just yet. I'm going to see how low I can get with just activity increments and elimination of fast food and sugars, then go from there.

Thanks guys! I am assuming that within the next 4-5 weeks my pressing movements will be back in the same ballpark as they were before when I was hitting personal records (bench- 305/press- 155x5). I just need to get my squat, deadlift, clean and front squat up.

I've been doing body weight exercises, just haven't been logging them since I've been doing them every day and I don't want to look like a body weight only guy in my training log.

This is from yesterday;

Push Ups
3 x 10

Sit Ups
3 x 10

Pullups
3 x 3

Uphill sprinting
Walk 100 yards downhill
Jogged 100 yards uphill
Walk 100 yards downhill
Sprinted 100 yards uphill

The jogging took a whole lot out of me. I haven't done it in ages. I noticed I am a lot slower than I used to be but I guess that's natural considering I'm packing a 50lb bag of fat with me!

Tomorrow is free weights.
