Im on my mobile so I can't type a lot of details to the workoit, but I benched 225 for 3 reps and then got 245 for almost 3. Not bad for just short of a month into the program and today I weighed 204lbs

Bench Press: 135lbs x 5 185lbs x 5 225lbs x 3 225lbs x 3 245lbs x 2 (Failed to lockout on 3rd) BB Rows 155lbs x 5 165lbs x 5 x 5 Incline Press 135lbs x 3 x 10 Pullups 1 x 7 Workout Grade: B-. Still having hand trouble with the pullups. Bench is coming along nicely. Tomorrow is lower body. I'll try to get a squat vid and a clean vid. I got vids of the bench session today. Down to 204lbs.

Congrats on the weight loss. 7 pullups is still solid. Get one more next time and it's all good.

I can't remember what my PR with pullups was, but I do know that it was more than 15. I'd like to get around 25 after I lose all this weight.
I might still be weak, but I'm getting stronger every session.
