Thanks man, and congests on your new PRs!

Im on my mobile so I can't type a lot of details to the workoit, but I benched 225 for 3 reps and then got 245 for almost 3. Not bad for just short of a month into the program and today I weighed 204lbs

Workout Grade: B-. Still having hand trouble with the pullups. Bench is coming along nicely. Tomorrow is lower body. I'll try to get a squat vid and a clean vid. I got vids of the bench session today.

Down to 204lbs.

I can't remember what my PR with pullups was, but I do know that it was more than 15. I'd like to get around 25 after I lose all this weight.

I might still be weak, but I'm getting stronger every session.
