195 x 100' 283 x 100' 371 x 100' 459 x 50' 547 x 20' Found out our yoke is 70 pounds lighter than I thought. I have to carry 650 x 100 feet at the competition. I could have gone further with 547 tonight, but my quad was sore and I didn't want to push it so close to the competition. The best I have ever done is 617x80' so we will see. It's doable, but it will be tough. |

135 x 8 x 4 sets 185 x 8 x 3 sets BB Shrugs: 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 10 405 x 8 495 x 6 405 x 8 315 x 10 225 x 10 Rear Delt Machine: 115 x 10 Just did some easy shoulder work today, and threw the bb shrugs in there for fun. |
