Yoke:
195 x 100'
283 x 100'
371 x 100'
459 x 50'
547 x 20'

Found out our yoke is 70 pounds lighter than I thought. I have to carry 650 x 100 feet at the competition. I could have gone further with 547 tonight, but my quad was sore and I didn't want to push it so close to the competition. The best I have ever done is 617x80' so we will see. It's doable, but it will be tough.

Ouch. 70 pounds is a huge jump. Best of luck Crusher. Never tried the lift myself but it doesn't seem you're too far away.

Kept it light yesterday, but I will probably do some heavy squats and deads today. I am feeling good.

I did too! But I told myself I was going to get 3 reps no matter what before the set.
