Tuesday 28th February - AM Power Snatch - 20kg x 3, 3 40kg/88lbs x 3 - 10 triples Tuesday 28th February - PM CGBP with Red Bands (slingshot) - 20kg x 10, 40kg x 3, 60kg x 3, 90kg x 1 115kg/253lbs x 6 105kg/231lbs x 7, 6 95kg/209lbs x 7 85kg/187lbs x 7 Arched GM (raw) - 60kg x 6, 100kg x 2 120kg/264lbs x 9 120kg/264lbs x 9 120kg/264lbs x 9 120kg/264lbs x 9 Overdid the calorie reduction yesterday so I was feeling very flat, shoulders were noticeably flat so my strength dropped off very quickly almost immediately after the CGBP warm-ups. I'm going to carb up tonight. |

Sorry to anyone reading if I haven't been keeping up with your log, I have a lot on at the moment (all good productive stuff, but a lot nonetheless) but that should begin to clear up after next week. BtB, talking about IF I think I'm moving toward 2 meals a day. The first being at about 12pm for 1500 cals and the second in the evening at around 7pm for 2000 cals. The middle meal I used to have at 4pm(ish) seemed pointless and I was still hungry from mid-day. Results have been good anyway, strength is generally still on the way up and weight is down. Hopefully this will keep for a little while. |

You're certainly ensuring that this log is awesome! Amazing squatting. I assume that IF means Intermittent Fasting (forgive my ignorance
)What is your view on the whole 'if you don't eat every 4 hours your body enters a catabolic state' theory? Personally, I find it very hard to eat numerous times a day and have special difficulty eating in the morning. Last edited by Kuytrider; 02-29-2012 at 03:39 AM. |
