Man I really got to start updating as soon as I can... It's been a rough time adjusting here. Got to get my head back in the game. Deadlift 135(8) 225(5) 315(2) 405(1) 455(5)...PR 495(2) 495(1)...went for a double and it didn't budge, so I dropped down to get some work. 405(3) 405(3) 405(3) 405(3) 405(3)...set PR All I really had time for, but that's all i needed...I'm sore today and i have more hard work to deal out. Think I may have a minor pec strain...gonna back off pressing for another week. So squats and squats for me Silverback Barbell

Squat 135(10) 225(5) 315(5) 405(1)....felt very heavy, so i backed down to avoid injuring myself. Not the best idea to do squats the day after heavy deadlifts, yep...lesson learnt. 365(5) 365(5) 275(11)....had strength and stamina for 15-20, but caught a massive headache after 11th rep. think i held my breath to long and blood pressure spiked up. Pretty disappointed with this session... Silverback Barbell
