squats 240 x 5x2, 3x3 bench 235 x 5x2, 3x3 squats 195 x 1x7, 1x8 had to cut workout short to get ready for work. just need to start 15 minutes earlier next time |

thanks guys. fewer hours are out of the question.
4/19 pullups +10 x 5x2, 1x3 elbows starting to hurt seated press 175 x 5x2, 3x3 140 x 1x7, 2x8 skipped rows because of elbow pain. will take a week off from pullups |

back after a week off. feel pretty good. Squat 240 x 3x2, 5x3 Bench 235 x 3x2, 5x3 Squat 205 x 3x6 didn't have time to do the bench. oh well. |
