3/28 Squats 225 x 2x2, 6x3 Bench 225 x 2x2, 6x3 Squats 185 x 3x8 Bench 185 x 3x8 This diet I am on is similar to the anabolic diet. I started on Sunday and have been carb free for 3.5 days, and today's workout showed it. was a struggle, but i got through it. |

Pullups 2x2, 6x3 Seated press, no support 165 x 2x2, 6x3 Rows 135 x 3x8 Seated press, no support 135 x 3x8 BtB, since i got to 3x8, should i just wait until after i'm doing with the first "month" before hitting the pump sets starting at 3x6? |

squat 225 x 1x2, 7x3 bench 225 x 1x2, 7x3 squat 195 x 3x6 bench 195 x 3x6 resetted my pump sets a week early...seems like the pump sets last 6 workouts while the main last 9. i could've worked up to 9 reps, but figured more weight is better. |
