not so much sore as i am tired.
Wonder if i need to change up my eating habits...currently doing IF and carb cycling ala leangains, but perhaps I need to keep cals/carbs up on off days as well? thoughts? 3/10 Seated press, no support 165 x 7x2, 1x3 Deadlift 275 x 5 x 3 Seated press, no support 135 x 2x6, 1x7 Pullups bw x 3 x 5 |

This is very interesting to me as you seem to be alternating Squat and bench, OHP and Deadlift. I want to do that cycle too.
