not so much sore as i am tired.

Wonder if i need to change up my eating habits...currently doing IF and carb cycling ala leangains, but perhaps I need to keep cals/carbs up on off days as well? thoughts?

Any clue what your overall calorie intake is?

Also, are you getting enough fats? Low fat intake can cause issues on low carb diets. You might be getting enough but I thought I would mention it.

Calories and fat are going to be two biggies. It also has helped me to have a few whey shakes during the day along with BCAAs.

not sure how many cals. my first meal was 8 eggs, 2 waffles w/syrup, piece of poundcake, glass of oj and a heaping bowl of cheerios. i generally have a lb of chicken and a bunch of sweet potato or rice.

going to have a shake soon.

on off days i cut carbs and increase fats

This is very interesting to me as you seem to be alternating Squat and bench, OHP and Deadlift. I want to do that cycle too.
