No workout today, got back late after the cinema and have only just finished eating (11:20pm); though, I did steer the wheelchair and the trolley around the store with fullbody DOMS...going to count that as a weird workout.

Woke with a really bad head but decided to work slowly through my session from 1pm until now (6:30pm) but got it done in the end; one exercise at a time. Concentrating on more volume than load at the moment, more basic conditioning.
Still have DOMS from day one. The head has eased up and I'm hoping it stays that way.
