Nah im not feeling all that great today and my foot is bugging me so decided not to. I've been walking a lot the last few days.

Tuesday March 20/12
1.) Pull Power Cleans 3 sets 8 reps Towel Pull Ups 3 sets 9,8,5 reps Upright Rows 2 sets 10 reps Barbell Curls 3 sets 10,8,7 reps Behind Back Wrist Curls 25,25,22 reps Power cleans were from hang and i only used the bar. I have never done them before and my form is pathetic lol. Towel pull ups absolutely fried my forearms and biceps. ![]() 2.) Conditioning Run 25 min Its like 26c/80f here today so i had to get out and dop something. Did a mix of jogging, walking and some sprinting. Foot isnt feeling too good now.

...only the bar...that's still 20kg on a movement that you've not done before
They'll get easier pretty quickly. Nice towel pull-up session; I'd probably slip right off the ends of the towel and land on my butt
