Watched your meet video's. On your last bench video, watch your feet. You got the cramp because you were raising your heel, tightening your calf. That's the opposite thing you want to do. On the press, drive your heels into the floor pushing the weight up and back. A little leg drive can go a long way buddy. Nice job though.
