Do you even lift?

Workout Time: 45 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

Cold is lingering. About 40% today so I decided to move iron. Breathing is labored but who cares. One rep at a time.

Hit 2 PRs, did some curls. Arm pump after 2 sets of curls. Go figure.

Benches felt light. Really light. So much for being sick.

Bench Press

405 x 2 - Double PR

Close Grip Bench Press

365 x 4 - All PRs. Plenty in the tank

Your benching is pretty freaking strong man. I can't imagine having the tricep strength to close grip 365lbs for 4 reps.
