Thanks guys!!
I have started training with the Coach outside of gym time at the gym. In my morning we did squats and box jump, pyramid up from 1 rep to 10. So 1 squat, 1 jump, 2 squats 2 jumps. The squats (beltless) were at 100kg and the box was about 70% of my height. Took 29 minutes, was fun and hard. Ended up being 55 squats and 55 jumps. Night time I worked up to a heavy single for squats at 160kg, felt like a peice of cake, and a bench single of 112.5kg, also easy. I didnt get a chance to do my bench 3x3, as I had a client .

Thanks Steve, DOMS were fine
![]() Tuesday Snatch (light) A bunch of singles at 30kg. Deadlift (lightish) 180kgx3x1 Wednesday Morning Training I trained at the oly lifting/soon to be strongman gym. We wanted to try stones and are getting some soon. The coach had the idea from a video, of using a broken barbell (the part where you put the weights on) and stacking bumper plates on it and using that as a temp stone. Here is the video of me doing it on my last 2 attempts at 75kg, first one I missed, 2nd one I made it. This was my first time doing anything resembling a stone. 50 Walking Lunges at 60kg Afternoon Training Paused Squats (light) 100kg 3x3 and 3-5 pause at bottom Overhead Press 77.5kgx4x1 Dead Bench 125kgx1 120kgx2 112.5kgx3

Hey guys!!
I think I should resurrect my log and actually start logging my workouts here!! Monday is Oly Lifting day We did Snatch (up to a heavy double) I worked up to 70kgx2 Felt good and light, I want MOOAARRR Clean and Jerk (up to a heavy double) 60kgx2 This was easy to clean, but I am having issues jerking, which are slowly getting sorted out. Its not that the weight is heavy, its just I am having trouble getting udner it properly. Jerk from rack (3x2) 50kgx2 60kgx2 60kgx2 These felt a bit better, I am working on my rear foot position and speed under the bar. The last one felt good and easy though. My friend filmed my first rep of my 70kg snatch, he stopped the camera before I pulled my 2nd rep though.
