JordanK91 - Want to look good by summer - Log
Hi all,
Thanks for stopping by.. So where to start, I'm a newbie to the lifting scene.. I'm 5 foot 10, 82kg and 20 years old.. My goals are to gain strength and definition until summer. I aim to bulk after the hols. Prior to this I had been eating 1 fast food meal (minimum) daily and before too long I noticed I was well on my way to becoming fat. One day I looked in the mirror and thought, SH!T, I need to take some pride in my appearance asap! So I'm starting a training log to monitor my progress to :mh: If any of you guys have an info, suggestions or criticism down the line they will all be appreciated and taken onboard. I will post current pics and stats also and track progress.. |

Workout 1 :
Deadlift (4x8) [Goal] Actual [50x8] 50x8 [70x8] 70x8 [80x8] 80x8 [90x8] 90x6 Assistance Lat Pulldown (4x8) 55kg x8 60kg x8 65kg x8 70kg x5 Dumbell Rows (4x8) 18kg x8 18kg x8 20kg x8 22kg x8 Ez bar curls (4x8) 25kg x8 27.5kg x8 30kg x8 32.5kg x 4 Notes: As you can see, my strength has lots of room for improvement. This workout was spent trying to find my correct weights. Any suggestions for next weeks workout would be great. |
