So, I havent been active lately due to health and work reasons..
Got in again last night and it felt pretty good, pulled a new PR Workout : 9.5.12 WG Pull Ups: 5,4,4,3,3,1. (20 Total) Deadlifts: 120kg x5 120kg x5 120kg x5 130kg x2 140kg x1 150kg x1 165kg x1 Bent Over Rows: 60kg x8,8,8,7 Tbar Rows: 55kg x8 55kg x8 60kg x8 60kg x8 Tryna get back into the swings of things over the next few weeks.. With the health issues I've decided its best to scrap the cutting plan and just eat clean + concentrate on getting bigger and stronger
