Workout 1 : Shoulders + Traps
Dumbell Shoulder press (4x8) [Goal] Actual [18kgs x8] 18'sx8 [20kgs x8] 20'sx8 [22kgs x8] 22'sx6 [22kgs x8] 22'sx5 Single rep of 24's - PR Assistance Seated dumbell lateral raises (4x8) 8kg x8 8kg x8 8kg x7 10kg x7 Reverse Cable Crossovers (4x8) 16.25kg x8 18.75kg x8 21.25kg x7 21.25kg x6 Barbell Shrugs (4x8) 50kg x8 70kg x8 80kg x8 100kg x7 Notes: This workout was new to me. It was the first time I had done the seated raises, reverse cable crossovers and I usually do the shrugs with dumbells but I was advised to use the barbell. I didnt seem to get much from the shrugs? I think I could possibly be doing them wrong?

You have a good base Jordan. With your current physique 10 pounds of muscle will make a HUGE difference. You will be surprised.
