I am no expert in this at all.....so keep that in mind!!!
Often after some heavy sessions I was feeling really odd and had the shakes. We started to test my blood sugar directly after workouts. It showed that my sugar levels dropped drastically during lifting. To the point of near shock levels. Now I try to have some type of sugar directly before and after the workout. It has stopped the rapid drops. Like I said, dont know much about the subject, but that helpped me. Hope that your feeling better, and you get to the bottom of it!

Sounds very similar.. I was thinking of sipping on a fizzy drink during the workout to try keep them up.. not sure how effective it would be though as my levels were at 0.9 on sunday.. I might need more sugar than just a drink?

When I mess up my eating plan, I hit a wall about 2pm the next day where my blood sugar crashes. I would try at minimum to eat something like a banana and whey shake 60-75 minutes before lifting.

Good to see you back at it Jordan. Stay hydrated, and make sure to have something like a banana and some whey 60-90 minutes before lifting.
Giving you my fatherly, old man lecture
