![]() I've followed a number of Scott Hermans videos.. He hasnt got the powerlifting build or strength but I find he has some nice knowledge and puts emphesis on form during the exercise and has some decent workouts too

Workout 5.3.12 : Chest + Triceps
Flat bench Press press (4x8) 50kg x8 60kg x8 70kg x8 75kg x7 Assistance Incline dumbell press (4x8) 26kg x8 26kg x8 26kg x8 26kg x6 Tricep Pull downs Notes: I was under pressure for time so had a fast workout with very short pauses. Didnt get as many exercises in as I would have liked but theres always next week

Workout : 8/3/12
Deadlift 70kg x8 90kg x8 100kg x8 110kg x8 Assistance T-bar Rows (4x8) 45kg x8 60kg x8 70kg x8 75kg x8 (form was poor for the last 2) Lat Pulldown (4x8) 70kg x8 75kg x8 80kg x8 85kg x4 Dumbbell Rows (4x8) 26kg x8 30kg x8 32kg x8 32kg x8 Ez bar curls (4x8) 30kg x8 35kg x8 37.5kg x8 40kg x5 Notes: a tough workout, had lots of energy for some reason. I was very surprised at how easily the deadlifts came up, Will boost the weight for next week.

Had a spare day to train in the week so got in last night for a light session Flat Bench Press 50kg x8 60kg x8 60kg x8 60kg x8 60kg x8 65kg x8 Decline dumbbell press 16kg's x8 20kg's x8 20kg's x8 20kg's x8 20kg's x8 Incline dumbbell Press 24kg's x8 24kg's x8 24kg's x8 24kg's x8 Shrugs (shrug machine) 100kg x10 130kg x10 150kg x10 150kg x10 Notes: Wasnt really scheduled into my workout plan but found myself bored at home so I thought id get in for a little session

Workout 9.3.12 : Shoulders + Traps
So, I've decided to give military press a try Military Press (4x8) 20kg x 8 30kg x 8 35kg x 8 40kg x 8 45kg x 8 (form was poor for the last rep) 50kg x 0 (The extra 5 kg felt much heavier.. will go for it next week) Assistance Arnold Press 20kg's x 8 20kg's x 8 20kg's x 8 20kg's x 8 Lying Dumbell Rear Delt 16kg x8 16kg x8 16kg x8 Shrugs Machine 140kg x10 (4 sets) Notes: So ive changed up my shoulder workout. As it was my first session of military press I didnt push too hard, I'll take the progress slow and steady and hopefully watch the numbers creep up
