Lol. 65 lb on bench and closing fast... squat/ deads may take a little while, but i'll catch up one day, dont slow down!

Your doing great Cameron!
Anybody that reads my log. I have been experimenting with a way of training applying some ideas I got from Olympic lifting. I squat/ F squat/Bench/Pull (Deads and Oly) multiple times a week. All heavy for the most part. Last edited by miked96; 02-01-2012 at 04:48 PM. |
