barx10 95x10 135x5 155x3 185x2 200x1 215 5x4 Since I cant flat bench at any grip (hurt pec 4 weeks ago), I tried some diffrent grips with incline. If I keep my POR and tuck like hell the whole way, there is no pain. Extra workout Tried the old pec out today. Bench 135x5 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x1 Lockout is a little tougher because I am afraid to flare but it looks like were back in business. |
