Great stuff, Mike! No chance that E-book sells though. First page will be to start by squatting 475 for a double and bench 315 5x3. I'm guessing most Ab warriors will move on to something else after seeing that!

Power Snatch 88x3 115x3 132x2 155x2 176x2 198x1 215x1 226x1 226x1 PC&J 132 2x3 176x2 198x2 220x2 242x2 264x1 In alot of pain today. Knees and IT band. I cut the power cleans at 264 because I was unconsciously splitting instead of squatting down. Need a couple of days off. |

Thanks Steve got some rest but it really didnt help. I think my joints just cant handle full time olympic lifting.
