Thanks Swede and Steve.
Mike-I hope so. Training for this last one taught me alot. I made some improvements but at the end of the day, I am never going to be able to execute the movements like someone that started at a much younger age. I just ended up with alot of injuries and got away from really trying to just get stronger. My plan is to hit a power clean and snatch once a week and just work on getting my overall strength back up. I still think I can hit some decent numbers with the power moves and enjoy training at the same time. It got to be a real drag at the end. Bench 135x5 225x3 275x3 315x2 360x1 310 5x3 tri extensions 100 reps Fair session. Second week back benching and hit all my planned numbers. Probably go 365 then 315 5x3 next week. |
