Thanks everybody.

Took a day off and felt decent today. The funny thing is when you train like I do, a meet is really no big deal. Its just a hard workout.

I was like that until I switched to my current programming. I squat to a max multiple times a week followed by back off sets. I rotate weeks where I rest but its not your traditional do nothing de-load.
It took my raw squat from a 515 miss to 555 in a month. I put Disciple X on it and he squatted 415 after missing 375 in about the same period. I am backing off now to work some running in but it changed my mind on what you can recover from.

It's very gratifying to see someone else training like this and enjoying good results also I hadn't actually looked into DiscipleX's training before now, but I will!
