Thanks for noticing but its not intentional. I started leaning out when I switched over, my wife actually doesnt want me to ever go back to powerlifting.
Weight was down to 228 but I am back at 233 this morning. Will be interesting to see what the volume of work during the prep does.

Thanks guys, will be working up to 6x6 in a couple of weeks. Modified Russian squat routine.
Sat Power Snatch 40x3 50x3 60x3 70x1 80x1 90x1 100(220)x1 105(231)m,m,m C&J 40x3 60x3 80x2 90x1 100x1 110x1 120x1 130x1 135 I tried this 8 times. Pull was more than strong enough but I couldnt rack it due to flexibility. Standing Military Press 135x5 185x3 205x3 225x2 Got home pissed about my clean and worked on my front rack flexibility then Power Clean 135x3 185x2 225x2 245x1 Tried again letting the bar go and catching with fingertips 135x3 185x2 I am going to go back to catching the bar with my fingertips and working on the clear at the top for the jerk.
