I am down to 225 so I was suprised that I could go in after training hard that morning and still hit 375. I had been doing military press for my upper body "strength" work but I am going to replace it with benching and see what happens. Thanks for reading my ramblings. |

Since its just an accessory for me I will probably stick to 3x3 paused triples once a week after my Oly work. If I was training exclusively for bench, I would have an upper and lower session. One would be 4x3 paused bench and the second would either be 2 board or floor press with chains for 4x3.
