Clean day did a bunch of submaximal cleans up to 120ish (stopped when it turned into a power clean also tried pulling with my belt on) clean pulls bunch of sets with 120, 130,140 jerk recovery up to 345 (these are an absolute bitch) |

Here you go Big Swede. That little step back with all that weight pressing on you is awkward as hell. Jerk Recovery: Exercise Demo Video - Catalyst Athletics Bench 135x5 225x3 275x3 315x1 365x1 395x1 Wore out from the morning session but I am going to get a quick bench workout every week in case I feel like doing a power meet. Thanks guys. Looking forward to two days off!
Snatch up to 90 (missed 95 once and second is on vid! ) Clean and Jerk was an abortion. Fingers kept sliiping off. Went up to 115 but I missed 120 clean twice. High Bar squats 455x2 Got talked into deadlifting went up to 510 |
