Thanks MAB. Seems to be fine, just some bruising.
Not a great day. Power Clean&Jerk worked up to 120 Clean High Pulls worked up to 150x3 Jerk recovery worked up to 245x1 Long vid, I put most of my Power cleans in here Last edited by miked96; 03-01-2012 at 01:06 PM. |

Afternoon training session
Paused Bench 135x5 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x1 385x1 335x3 I have been seriously undereating. I felt ten times better this afternoon (I ate my face off) and really wanted to train while my daughter was napping. Since I havent benched in three weeks, I decided what the hell. Really suprised. I guess all the shoulder work is working. |
