Thanks guys. Fenrisulfr that is the best avatar I have ever seen.
Squats 135 2x5 225x5 315x3 405x3 450x3 480x3 530x1 pause squats 405 2x5 leg curls 4 sets WOD 3x10 I have really been slacking on my squats the last two months so I am getting back at it. Going to try some pause squats instead of speed work after my top set. Speed was decent on all the lifts which was what I was looking for. 450,480,530,last 405

Doesn't look like any "slacking" hurt your squats any! Isn't 530 like 95% of your best squat ever? You know, the pirate squat.
