Finished up this evening. Seemed lame to just do face pulls and laterals so I pressed some too. Pretty smoked form all the benching a few hours earlier. press 135x5 185x5 205x3 225 4x2 face pulls 100 reps mm side laterals 4x10 last set

I didn't know you had some lower back problems, but those pulls looked solid and strong, almost like you haven't missed a beat. I imagine all the squatting you do has helped with that.
Great news tho that you are back at it and we will have some great vids to watch in the coming months.
