1/2 - DE Upper Body
Comments: Intense session today! Felt good to be back at the speed work, I need it! No PRs but a lot of work done. DB Rows were brutal on the conditioning, starting GPP sessions on all offdays as soon. Speed Bench, Comp Grip, v/s blue bands 2 sets with bar 2x3x30kg+BT 2x3x45kg+BT 3x55kg+BT 3x65kg+BT -To slow 6x3x60kg+BT *Blue bands were hard to press against, each adds 25-35kg in top i think. DB OH Press 10x26.5kg 10x26.5kg 7x23kg 10x21kg 10x21kg DB Rows 10x56kg e.a 10x56kg e.a 10x56kg e.a 10x56kg e.a 10x56kg e.a Bench Press 10x60kg 10x60kg 10x60kg 10x60kg 10x60kg Triceps Pushdowns 10x40kg 10x40kg 10x40kg 10x40kg 25x25kg
