30/6 Active recovery Notes: Deloading today. Did the basic movement patterns working up to singles in the 60-85% range. Still felt very heavy (!) - diet has been crappy lately and thats the outpoint I need to correct, also sleep is so-so. Powersnatch 2x3x50kg Squat, atg 3x1x120kg Paused bench 3x90kg 3x1x100kg Sumo deadlift 3x120kg 3x150kg Powerclean 4x1x70kg Press 8x40kg 8x50kg 8x55kg Curl 40x20kg Last edited by big_swede; 06-30-2012 at 04:18 AM. |
