Did I have surgery? Must have missed that:-) I do have struggled with a torn glute medius most of 2011 and beginning of 2012 but finally regaining strength.
Ive been busy as hell so forgot about the IPF WC, but Im happy to hear the swedish team did well! |

Notes: Trained with a buddy today, he is nordic champ in heavy weight wrestling and one strong sob. We always tend to go into competition mode when we lift together, today was brutal. Abs Inc Situps 3x10 Bench Press 8x95kg 8x95kg 5x95kg -lost groove 8x95kg DB Bench SS plateloaded chest press 10x23kg / 45kg e.a to dailure 8x31kg / 45kg e.a to failure 6x41kg (PR) / 45kg e.a to failure 5x41kg /. 45kg e.a to failure DB Bench with a blue band wrapped around shoulders 3x8-10 (failure)x16kg DB+BT Log Clean and Press 2x90kg -pr buddy did a 4, had to beat that... 4x90kg -pr Idiot grunted out a 6 4x90kg - failed to lockout 5th. Damn failure OHP Machine v/s dbl blue bands 20kg each side +BT to failure 20kg each side +BT to failure 40kg each side +BT to failure 40kg each side +BT to failure DB Side raises 1 set of walking the rack BB Front raises 1 set of walking the fixed bb rack The two above sets lasted for minutes and had me laying on tve ground begging for mercy. Damn fun session today. Lots of screaming and cheering involved, we decided to do the same but for legs on thursday and it will be so painfull haha! Good times. |
