14/6 Upper Notes: Repwork on the bench was great for a change. Log C&P was ok, PR fail but learnt alot. BTN PPs sucked after benching so kept it light. At the end of the shoulder prehab stuff I kind off accidently joined my buddy for presses and got a PR. Abs Steep Inc Situps 20, 10, 10 In GHR 2x15x10kg Cable Crunch 2x15x45kg Bench Press 8x90kg 8x90kg 8x90kg 8x90kg BTN Push Press 2x80kg 2x3x80kg Log C&P 1x80kg 1x90kg 1x100kg -1RM, very light and fast press. 0x105kg 0x105kg 0x105kg *5kg was a BIG different on the press. Assistance Rear delt raises 3x8 Rear delt flyes 2x8 BB Front raises 2x8 Seated Shoulder press machine, plateloaded 8x40kg e.s 6x50kg e.s 6x55kg e.s -pr |

16/6 Deathlift day
Notes: Strong session today. Topk my time and warmed up for about one hour, it was worth it - Pulled a all time PR with very good form. Lowerback feels great. Sorry BtB, no videos from today. Deadlift Warmups, including box squat, stretching and about 50 dl singles working up to.. 1x190kg 1x205kg 1x220kg 1x230kg 1x245kg PB 0x250kg - failed to lock out. Sumo deads - 5x170kg, 1x200kg Rows Pendlay 3x10 Machine 7x10 T-Bar 4x10 BB Shrug (hold to failure after last rep) 5x220kg 5x270kg 5x300kg |
