Thanks guys!
I still dont have much time over for internet activities unfortunaly. I update my log etc while on the train on my way home. Its incredible what a big change my life has undergone recently. One year ago I only had myself to think about, pretty boring but damn comfortable;-) Today I go up at six-seven, make breakfust for the kids, hurry away to work, back home at six- seven, prepare dinner, play and put kids to bed, catch train to go lift at nine- ten, home and in bed at 12. Repeat. Getting four kids at once was a ceazy challenge but its really nice and me and my woman are very much in love. I also love the kids very much and and will do my best to raise them. Still trying to lift 4-6 times a week but taking it easier than before due to less sleep and rest etc. I have thought about just making it really simple and run this program A Squat/Bench B Deadlift/Press My squat sessions have been awesome lately though and to do squats/deads and bench/press fits me. Time to get organised regarding training I think, but mosly just writing random thought now:-) Goodnight and SFW! |
