Damned fine work and 5 plates too! What are these deathlifts and how are they better than deadlifts?

I honestly think doing touch and go deadlifts increase the risk of injury plus the dead stops you do are tougher IMO. Just my experience mind you but when you lift from a dead stop, you're more likely to drop a failed rep than on bouncy reps when you erroneously think you can pull through. Plus, I feel that form goes to hell on bouncy reps. Again, just my experience!

Thanks guys. I agree Kuyt, since my glute injury I cant afford to compromise my form much if any! Also, pulling all reps dead increase the time under tension a great deal compared to TnG reps.

That's my issue too, I tend to skip them. Since you don't seem to notice any adverse effects from doing them first I will give it a try too. Thanks.

Nice workout Big Swede. Big ass log clean and press, especially for the first time trying it. Way to stick with the 100kg until you nailed it, that takes some balls to stick it out like that.
