How do you like hitting the abz before the squat? I've always been a little fearful of tiring out the abz and having it effect my squat, but I've noticed a lot of people recommend doing them first. Have you noticed anything?

So far its been working good. As you can see I only do 3-4 sets and alternate between bw and weighted so its not that much work.
