Notes: Ok session. Left elbow and tri hurts alot for some reason so I will take it easy on the presses to recover. It was months since I did any presses from BHN so it was hard to find my groove and 'flow'. Life is really good right now! Family and work is great, its BBQ season and my squat has started to move up finally. What more can a man wish for? ;-) Cable Crunch 4x10 BHN Push Press 5x80kg 5x90kg -PR 5x90kg 5x80kg 5x80kg Strict Press 3x5x60kg -very heavy :/ Log Benchpress 3x100kg 3x100kg 32x50kg -MR Pendlay Row 5x100kg 5x110kg 5x120kg -pr? 5x130kg -pr 5x100kg Assistance Curls 5x10 Facepulls 3x10 Presses and Rows mix very well together. |
