Notes: **** deload weeks. Whenever I get an idea like that again, tell me to get my shit together. Great session today, everything felt just so damn good formwise. Awesome. Squat Clean & Push Press Warmups... 1x90kg 1x100kg -Sq Clean PR 1x105kg - PR 0x107.5kg 3x2x95kg -PR OH Squat 2x5xempty bar -pr, ive never been able to break paralell with anything other than a broomstick before ![]() Powersnatch 1x70kg 1x80kg -PR!! 2x2x70kg -PR 3x60kg High Bar squat 1x120kg 1x130kg 1x135kg 1x140kg 3x2x130kg The 3x2s were a post injury pr i think, atleast on form witch felt very good. No leaning forward at all in the hole so corestrength is on its way back! Beef and tits rest of the day. SFW! |
